12oz Patchwork Denim - Indigo

A deadstock pure cotton denim in indigo. This heavyweight fabric has been woven in a patchwork of a classic denim twill weave and canvas weave. The fabric is woven with alternating ~5cm & 6cm strips which alternate between a z twill and s twill and canvas weave and a reverse twill. This combination of a dark indigo blue warp thread and an ivory weft thread combine to create a two-toned patchwork check effect denim with a sturdy structure. A completely opaque, sturdy fabric with no stretch and a matt finish ideal for jeans like the May, jackets like the Stacker, childrenswear like the Remy overalls and jumpsuits.
