How do I order fabric samples?
You can order swatches directly from each product page. We recommend ordering samples first to ensure the color and weight meet your requirements before committing to a larger order.
What is your minimum order length?
Our minimum order length is 0.5 meters. After the first half-meter, you can increase your order in increments of 0.1 meters to get exactly what you need for your project.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return fabric once it has been cut?
Because our fabrics are cut to your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the fabric is faulty or was damaged during transit.
Are the colors on the website accurate?
While we strive for color accuracy, please note that colors may vary slightly due to different monitor settings and lighting. Ordering a sample is the best way to confirm color matching.
